• 1.3.5 Identify input purpose: some input fields do not clearly specify their purpose.
• 1.4.1 Use of color: some elements rely solely on color to convey information.
• 1.4.3 Minimum contrast: some text does not meet the minimum color contrast requirement.
• 1.4.10 Reflow: some elements cause horizontal scrolling.
• 3.3.2 Labels or instructions: the booking function is not usable by blind users, as the date calendar is not perceivable or properly interpreted by screen readers. The fields for selecting dates do not provide adequate labels or instructions. The component is based on a third-party script and cannot currently be modified to improve its accessibility.

These issues have been documented in the technical assessment supporting this statement. Regarding the online booking system, the company will evaluate accessible alternatives or compatible solutions during future updates of the booking system. Any remediation will be evaluated and scheduled based on the priorities identified by the company, which confirms its commitment to progressively improving the accessibility of the site and ensuring an inclusive experience for all users.
