How to pay

Conveniently book your holiday online with credit card, postal order, postal order or bank transfer

Italiatravel T.O. to proceed with the booking, it defines the procedure for the accounting phase of a practice in these terms:

  • 25% deposit at the time of booking and balance 30 days before departure.
  • For stays booked less than 30 days before departure, we require the total balance of the application.
  • In any case any additional services such as ferry and/or insurance must be paid in full at the time of booking.

To pay for your request, Italiatravel T.O. accepts the following systems:

Credit Card

Our company uses the most up-to-date security technologies available today for online transactions. The payment service we adopt uses the certified SSL security encrypted protocol provided directly by theĀ CARTA SI interbank circuit.

Thanks to this system you will have the possibility to finalize your booking without wasting additional time and your booking will be confirmed immediately.

The cards accepted are: VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, POSTEPAY.

Electronic credit cards are not accepted.

Traditional money order or online money order (*)

As indicated below, the reservation will only be accepted upon receipt of the payment confirmation fax. As regards the possible sending of the documentation to your home, we will wait for the delivery of the money order (normally the post office takes 4 working days). The data for the money order are as follows:

Bank transfer (*)

Even in this case, as indicated below, the booking will be accepted only upon receipt of the payment confirmation fax complete with currency (today's date) and number. of CRO ("home banking" transfer receipts without CRO number are NOT accepted).

As regards the possible sending of the documentation to your home, we will wait until the bank transfer has been collected (usually 3-5 working days).

Postal Current Account or Postal Slip (*)

Even in this case, as indicated below, the reservation will be accepted only upon receipt of the payment confirmation fax by sending a copy of the postal slip receipt or the number. C.R.O. if payment is made by bank transfer.

As regards the possible sending of the documentation to your home, we will wait for confirmation of the collection (usually 3 working days).

Attention: in any case, remember to enter the no. as the reason for payment. practice or the reference that was provided to you by our operators during the booking phase, as well as the surname of the contact person ( e.g.: practice 255 Mr. Rossi Mario).

(*) To make the payment effective you will have to send us via fax to no. +39.0565.916820 the receipt of payment no later than the terms provided by our operators at the time of booking (usually 6.00 pm on the day of booking).

Without the same the reservation will NOT be considered valid.

Also remember, as a completely precautionary measure, to indicate your fixed or mobile telephone number on the fax so that you can be contacted.
