If you cannot leave for a reason - which is not foreseeable and does not pre-exist at the time of booking - the cancellation policy entitles you to a refund of the amount paid.
Attention: insurance coverage can be taken out no later than 30 days from the start date of the stay and only after the balance has been paid.
Example:
Start date of stay 1 July – balance €1,430.00
Premium to pay: approximately 6% of the total amount.
€1,430.00 + €86.00 must be paid by June 1st)
