The village is located at the foot of Mount Capanne, easily accessible by car. After leaving the central square, you descend toward the pebble beach on the southwest side of Elba, a favorite spot for snorkeling and diving enthusiasts, frequented by families due to the crystal-clear water, and a destination for windsurfing and kitesurfing lovers due to the thermal winds that blow in the afternoon. Of particular interest is the wreck of the Elviscot, a small cargo ship that sank in 1972 after being driven onto the Ogliera rock by a violent storm, just a few dozen meters from the beach. Today, it rests on a seabed of only 12 meters and is one of the most visited dive sites. The small fishing village (450 meters from the accommodation) is a gem overlooking a beautiful bay (600 meters away), offering a smooth rocky area shaped by the water, which gently slopes into the sea, as well as a pebble beach. Restaurants and bars provide everything you need!

Located on the lower floor of a charming detached villa, accessed via a small staircase that leads to a beautiful paved area in front of the accommodation, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a washbasin for cleaning, and an outdoor shower with hot water. The 70 m² interior features a pleasant living room with a spacious kitchen and a double sofa bed with a TV, a double bedroom (the master bedroom has a small TV), two bathrooms, one with a shower cabin and one with a shower box and washing machine.
