The house consists of a living room with double sofa bed, a small kitchen with kitchenette complete with 4 gas burners, electric oven, fridge with small freezer, which overlooks the small garden with pergola, table, chairs with mobile barbecue, hallway and bathroom with shower, bedroom with bunk bed on the ground floor, on the upper floor which can be reached via an internal staircase, double bedroom with stupendous view and large terrace with suggestive sea view, a bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with TV, washing machine, outdoor shower. Comfortable and sober furnishings. Public parking nearby.

  A sign of mutual trust. It will be refunded within a few days of your stay. We recommend paying in cash, which is due on the day of departure if you leave after 3:00 PM (time for cleaning), or by bank transfer.

• Linen on request: Double set €40 (also for single use), single set €20. Must be requested before arrival.

• House timing
  Check-in: 4:00 pm – 7:30 pm
  Check-out: by 9:00 am
  Late check-in after 8:00 pm: €50 extra.
