The apartment is located equidistant between one of the most beautiful and well-developed beaches of Capoliveri, the Lido, and the special bay of Calanchiole. The apartment is located a quarter of an hour's drive from the most beautiful towns of Portoferraio and Porto Azzurro. It is 10 minutes from the center of Capoliveri. If necessary, you can also use the bus with a stop 150 meters away. It is also the ideal place for lovers of nature and tranquility, immersed in the green of a large garden with centuries-old pine trees and close to various coves that preserve the charm of authentic Elba: Felciaio 2 km away, Felciaio 3 km away, Zuccale and Barabarca .

- small/medium sized pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros, to be confirmed in advance of booking
- deposit (mandatory): 200,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- in the external space of the apartment or in the common areas of the house, parking for external vehicles of unregistered guests is prohibited
