The village is situated at the foot of Mount Capanne and surrounded by imposing granite boulders and Mediterranean scrub. From the central square, one descends to the pebble beach, beloved by snorkelers and divers, frequented by families for its crystal-clear water, and of particular interest is the presence of the wreck of the Elviscot, a small freighter that sank in 1972 after a violent gale pushed it onto the Ogliera rock a few dozen meters from the beach. Important Notes:

- Minimum age 21: to check in, you must have celebrated at least 21 birthdays. This rule applies only to groups of young guests; families are always our favourite guests.
- Check-in takes place in our offices from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm: arriving on time helps you start your holiday on the right foot.
- Check-out is by 9:00 am, so we have time to get the accommodation back in perfect shape.
If you arrive after 8:00 pm, there is an additional €50 fee for our “night shift”.
- Pets are welcome… but only in mini size: maximum 10 kg and one per booking.
There is a €40 cleaning fee because pet hair loves exploring every corner—and we end up chasing it.
- Mandatory deposit: €150
It will be refunded after a quick check of the accommodation: if you pay by card, the release will be processed within 7 days.
For cash payments, the refund is made after 3:00 pm or by bank transfer within 3 days (and we highly recommend this option, it’s the most convenient). 
- Bed linen and towels: Available for €20 per person, simply request it at the time of booking. Must be booked at least 7 days before arrival.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the client 48 hours before arrival, for any needs you can contact our customer service at +39 0565963006. For the selected facility normally the key pickup takes place at the facility. If to be picked up, please pick it up at our offices in Portoferraio.
