Rules and Costs:

• Pets: Small and medium-sized pets are welcome! There’s a 30€ cleaning fee, and even if they try to behave, a little mischief may happen.

• Bedding and towels: The bed is ready… but without sheets! You can bring your own or rent bedding for 20€ per person (book at least 7 days before arrival). If you sleep alone in a double bed, the cost is for two people.

• Deposit: 500€, refundable at the end of your stay. Cash payment is recommended: refunds via card or bank transfer are possible but not guaranteed immediately.

• Late check-in: Arriving after 7:30 PM? There’s a 50€ fee, but a smile is included!

• Transport and rentals: We offer special rates for our guests on ferries, scooters, and cars, so you can explore the island stress-free and without emptying your wallet.

• Under 21 groups: We cannot host groups of younger guests; we want everyone to have fun without disturbing the neighbors.
