Portoferraio is the center of the island, surrounded by colorful houses that are reflected in the cobalt blue of the sea, where it is impossible not to grasp the poetry of its alleys and its picturesque centre, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views that stretch towards infinity .

Important Notes:
- the obligation to register is necessary even if there is no overnight stay but only a short stop (even less than an hour), therefore we inform guests that it is necessary to communicate in advance any guests present in the structure
- minimum age for check-in is 21 years (on request also younger, with payment of double security deposit)
- in the months in which air conditioning is not an essential service, such as from 20/04 to 05/06 and after 10/09 until mid-November, it will be paid for at €7 per day
- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
