- During the months when air conditioning is not an essential service, such as from 20/04 to 05/06 and after 10/09 until mid-November, it will be charged at €7 per day.
- Check-in at our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 an extra charge of € 50.00 will be applied.
- Animals not allowed
- Deposit (obligatory): € 200,00; refundable at the end of the stay after checking the state of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 15.00).
- Bed linen and towels: 20,00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site.
