Located 80 meters from the characteristic Forno beach in the Gulf of Biodola, we offer our customers a small complex of colorful houses that directly overlook the beach. Rather quiet area even in summer, sheltered from the wind, surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub and at the same time a few steps from the sea. Perfect for those who love nature, in fact, close to the apartments there are several paths that are ideal for a nice walk either on foot or by bike. All the structures have been recently renovated and all are equipped with a large terrace or balcony from which to relax and enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets on the island.

Spacious studio apartment on the ground floor with access to the garden. It is composed of a living area with a double bed and a single sofa bed, the windowed kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, is separated from the living area and was completely renovated in 2016. The apartment is completed by a terraced outdoor area equipped for dining.

• Security deposit: €200 (mandatory)
  A sign of mutual trust. It will be refunded within a few days of your stay. We recommend paying in cash, which is due on the day of departure if you leave after 3:00 PM (time for cleaning), or by bank transfer.

• Linen on request
  Double set €40 (also for single use), single set €20. Must be requested before arrival.

• House timing
  Check-in: 4:00 pm – 7:30 pm
  Check-out: by 9:00 am
  Late check-in after 8:00 pm: €50 extra.
