Very close to the hamlet and the famous beach of Procchio, we offer our customers a villa consisting of two semi-independent solutions: the unit on the ground floor is available to the owner of the property, while the accommodation on the first floor is available as a two-family house The proximity to the village allows you to have shops and groceries close at hand for every need. In the summer the center is particularly lively and full of cultural and musical events.

Semi-detached house located on the first floor of a large building. The structure boasts a small pine forest for exclusive use equipped with sofas, armchairs and a table where you can relax in the cool even on the hottest summer days.
Inside it is composed of a large, well-furnished living room with fireplace and dining area; a kitchenette and a bathroom equipped with an exclusive shower cubicle with hydromassage, chromotherapy and radio. The house offers 7 beds organized as follows: double bedroom with an extra bed, double/twin bedroom and a bedroom with two joinable single beds. The icing on the cake is a large terrace.

Important Notes:
- groups of Young People under 25 years of age are not permitted
- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- only small/medium sized pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
* the courtyard and pine forest are shared, animals cannot be left free unless supervised by their owners
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
