Villa Tramonto is a wonderful house set on a rock overlooking the sea from which, as can be seen from the name, you can admire the most beautiful sunsets on the Island of Elba. A magical place where our guests will be able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks and wake up to the smell of rosemary and salt. Peace and silence envelop this villa immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and framed by the pink of oleanders and bounganvilles. A magical atmosphere, perfect for those who want to escape the chaos of the city and regenerate body and mind.
The 200 square meter terrace will allow you to enjoy dinners and lunches with a breathtaking view of Capraia and will be an unforgettable experience that you will carry in your heart throughout the winter.

The villa can accomodate 8 people
is furnished with antiques, unique pieces collected over 50 years of travel by the owner family. The floors, both inside and outside, are made of fine Tuscan terracotta, characteristic of the land. The living area consists of a large and bright living room with fireplace, smart TV, a dining room with furniture from the 1700s and a perfectly equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area is made up of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: a master bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub, a lovely "Sea Breeze" suite with private bathroom with new glass shower cubicle, the "San Giorgio room" with a view of the cove of the Porticciolo, the "Chamber of boats", with an outdoor garden surrounded by palm trees, geraniums and maritime pines. These two rooms are served by the "turquoise bathroom".
Furthermore, there is a lovely annex consisting of a double bedroom, bathroom with crystal shower cubicle, kitchenette and terrace with sea view. The bathroom taps were replaced this year.

To further increase the beauty and success of this villa, there is certainly comfort. In fact, in two minutes, through a path in the woods, you can reach the rocks, where there is a small beach. On the right there is a beautiful natural cave, where a bunker was created during the Second World War. After crossing the cave, in ten minutes you reach the wonderful Biodola beach, famous throughout the island for its fine sand and crystal clear waters. On the left, however, following the "health path", in 5 minutes you will find the enchanting and wild Baia della Lamaia.

- the access road is dirt for almost two km, and on a slopes.

Important Notes:
- groups of Young People under 25 years of age are not permitted
- for safety reasons it is not possible to use the barbecue
- the road to reach the property is unpaved
- check-in from 5.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 11.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): 1,000 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
