The villa is fully fenced and, while situated in a residential area with neighboring properties, it offers both privacy and comfort. Just steps outside the property, you can access the largest white sandy beach on Elba Island. The property is not isolated but is located in a lively residential area close to other houses, ensuring safety and convenience.

The villa’s true highlight is its location: so convenient that you can step out of the house and dive straight into the sea. From the first-floor terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Marina di Campo Gulf, perfect for sunset dinners or relaxing moments with a sea view. A holiday here is a unique experience, hard to forget.

The living area consists of a large kitchen and a bright dining room and a large living room with windows that open onto the external veranda, perfect for eating outdoors and relaxing. On the ground floor there is also a large double bedroom with third bed and a bathroom with shower. Going down an internal staircase you reach the first floor where we have a large double bedroom, with the possibility of a third bed, there is also a glass door that overlooks a balcony overlooking the sea, which extends over the two sea-facing sides of the villa; a second double bedroom; a bathroom with shower; still on the first floor, but completely independent, a third double bedroom with sea view with sloping ceilings and private bathroom with shower.

- deposit (mandatory): 1000.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
