Amazing Villa directly on the sea, in the center of Marina di Campo. Very comfortable for families, for a completely relaxing holiday. Villa Asteria is completely fenced, as soon as you leave the property you have direct access to the largest white sand beach on the island of Elba. Its strong point is certainly its proximity to the beach, the position is so favorable that it literally allows you to leave the house and dive into the sea. From the first floor terrace you can enjoy an enchanting view of the gulf of Marina di Campo. Having dinner and resting with such a view is a unique experience, from which it will be difficult to detach yourself.

The living area consists of a large kitchen and a bright dining room and a large living room with windows that open onto the external veranda, perfect for eating outdoors and relaxing. On the ground floor there is also a large double bedroom with third bed and a bathroom with shower. Going down an internal staircase you reach the first floor where we have a large double bedroom, with the possibility of a third bed, there is also a glass door that overlooks a balcony overlooking the sea, which extends over the two sea-facing sides of the villa; a second double bedroom; a bathroom with shower; still on the first floor, but completely independent, a third double bedroom with sea view with sloping ceilings and private bathroom with shower.

- Small/Medium size Animals allowed with a fee of € 30 on the spot
- deposit (mandatory): 1000.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
