Villa Rosa Naregno is located just 400 meters from the sandy beach of the same name, in a dominant position and with a splendid view of the large gulf of Porto Azzurro and the seaside village. Recently finished with fine furnishings, with care and style, it stands on a large, green private property with a cork grove, flowers and various Mediterranean plants. Inside the cork forest, we can find a private staircase with direct access to the beach below. Given the shape of the coast, mainly composed of stones, entry into the water is not entirely easy and therefore more suitable for adults or those equipped with sea/rock shoes.

Villa (12/14 beds):
The villa consists of a central body and an annex, the latter on two floors, for a total of 14 beds. The central part develops entirely on the ground floor and is composed of a spacious, well-furnished living room with armchairs, comfortable sofas and a TV area, surrounded by large windows that give the living room fantastic natural lighting, furthermore these windows give access to a panoramic terrace for enjoy a breathtaking view. Large fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one double and two with two single beds) each with its own bathroom available.
In the external part of the villa there is a built-in grill, shower (cold only), large terrace furnished with tables, chairs, sun loungers, gazebo, private parking spaces, technical room with washing machine.

An external staircase leads to the annex, which in turn is composed of four bedrooms (two of which are double and two with two single beds) each with its own bathroom with shower cubicle and private bathroom, for a total of further 8 comfortable sleeping places.

Important Notes:
- groups of children under the age of 21 are not permitted
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small/medium sized pets allowed with a €30 cleaning fee
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
