The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the center of Marina di Campo, in the quiet and residential part. The country offers opportunities for all; the sandy beach where there are both free stretches and equipped establishments is ideal for families with children and for a relaxing holiday, for young people and for those who love nightlife, it is undoubtedly the right location , with its shops, restaurants and clubs open until late at night. Without forgetting that it is a strategic point both to reach the splendid locations of the Costa del Sole and to reach the northern side of Procchio/Spartaia/Paolina and Marciana Marina.

Villa sleeps 2/4 + 5th child bed on request:
Completely independent and fenced, it consists of an independent entrance and garden. For our guests a living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with tub including box. Patio equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.
It is possible to add a cot for a child under 12 years old.

- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
