Completely independent villa located in a residential area in Lacona, in the municipality of Capoliveri, one of the major tourist areas of the island. The fine sandy beach is one of the largest and alternates free areas with concession areas which have services such as rental of sunbeds and umbrellas, windsurfing, motor boats and water sports equipment. A place where man and nature meet, characterized by a unique landscape context, it is the only beach in the Tuscan Archipelago that has maintained dune areas. Near the beach there are also many bars, restaurants, grocery stores and other shops for every convenience; without forgetting that its proximity to Portoferraio makes it a convenient location for touring other sides of the island.

Property structured on two non-communicating levels. On the upper floor the main structure which measures approximately 90 m2, on the lower floor the annex of approximately 60 m2.

- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): 400 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
