We offer our guests a large apartment on the ground floor, in a two-family villa located in a panoramic area on the hill behind the village of Marina di Campo, about 500 m (on foot) from the beach and the town centre. It is the ideal type of stay for those who want to spend relaxing holidays, in a residential area just outside the chaos of the city and the seafront, without giving up the convenience of the most touristic town on the island. Marina di Campo doesn't need much advertising: sea, clubs and services; all at your fingertips.

It is composed of a living/dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, two bathrooms with shower.
Large equipped porch and small outdoor space in front of the entrance to the villa used for a parking space, second parking space approximately 50 meters away.

Important notes:

• Rental is not allowed for groups of guests under 25 years old.

• pets are not allowed.

• Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM.

• For arrivals after 8:00 PM, an extra fee of €50 applies.

• Security deposit (mandatory): €300.
  It will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay. Cash payment is recommended, refunded on the spot if departure is after 3:00 PM (time needed for cleaning), or via bank transfer.

• Bed linen and towels: €40 for a double set (also for single use), €20 for a single set.
  Must be requested at least 7 days before arrival and cannot be booked on site.
