The town offers opportunities for everyone, the sandy beach where there are both free stretches and equipped establishments is ideal for families with children and for a relaxing holiday and is certainly the right location for groups of friends who love nightlife, thanks to its shops, restaurants and clubs open until late at night. Without forgetting that it is a strategic point both to reach the splendid locations of the Costa del Sole and to reach the northern side of Procchio/Spartaia/Paolina and Marciana Marina.

The property is on the ground floor and is spread over one floor; it is composed of a large living room with dining table, double sofa bed and kitchenette; double bedroom plus single bed with en-suite bathroom with shower; double room; bedroom with single bed; another bathroom with shower cubicle. The house is completely fenced and has an outdoor area in front of the house equipped for outdoor dining, complete with gazebo, accessed via an electric gate. The renovation works were completed in April 2022.
