The three-room apartment is located within an elegant resort, just 400 meters from the sea and surrounded by 3 hectares of land, where olive trees and centuries-old holm oaks grow. The perfectly maintained gardens will be the backdrop to a stay dedicated to peace and relaxation. The resort offers two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults, a playground surrounded by greenery, and a bar available to guests. Walking along the various alleys of the resort you can reach the terraced houses perfectly inserted in a natural context of exceptional impact. The furniture evokes the sun, the earth, the Mediterranean; a predominance of light in their warm tones, decisive for the creation of a comfortable and accommodating interior.
The small center of Bagnaia is easily reachable on foot, which offers a minimarket, restaurants and characteristic bars on the beach, where you can enjoy the splendid sunsets that the Gulf of Portoferraio can offer.

Three-room apartment for 4/5 people (ideal for both a family and two couples of friends)
The 75 sq m property features a furnished patio for comfortable outdoor dining, covered by a large retractable umbrella. The apartment was completely renovated in 2025. The living room is equipped with a modern kitchen, a double sofa bed, and a dining area; it opens directly onto the patio. The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom with access to the terrace, and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. There are two bathrooms, both with windows, both renovated in 2025, and both with showers and bidets. The private garage is just a few steps from the apartment and can accommodate one car and bicycles. The terrace overlooks the property's large private lawns and olive groves.

The swimming pool is scheduled to open from the end of May to the beginning of October, still to be defined.

- deposit (mandatory): 250,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- Bed linen and towels: €40.00 for a double set, including single use; €20.00 for a single set (request at time of booking); cannot be booked on site.
