We offer our guests a completely independent villa with garden and sea view, in a cool but sunny position, renovated in 2013. It goes without saying that the sea on the island is clear and transparent, in Sant'Andrea however (link Sant'Andrea Beach 'Andrea), seems to merge with the sky giving the impression of swimming in the air. For nature lovers this area is a paradise: the Mediterranean scrub that enriches it makes spring the best time to savor its scents and colours. Here you can enjoy authentic Elba, that of slow rhythms and quiet, the smell of holm oaks and olive trees, intimate coves and beaches, panoramic roads along the coast, postcard horizons and sunsets: a true museum in open sky! We are in the area dominated by Monte Capanne, which also offers splendid opportunities for lovers of outdoor sports, from hiking to cycling, to climbing... The hills of Tuscany with the Caribbean sea, the perfect combination!

Villa – 7 beds:
The property is spread over two floors. The ground floor is the more rustic one, sometimes with exposed beams and a fireplace in the room. You will find a large living room with a double sofa bed, a large bedroom with three beds (two joinable singles and a pouf bed ideal for a child), the kitchen and the first completely renovated bathroom. Via an internal staircase you can access the first floor, where there is a bright double bedroom with a full view of the sea, an environment that creates great charm thanks to the large windows and access to a wonderful terrace from which you can admire the entire bay, the second bathroom with shower also completely renovated.
The property includes, on the ground floor, the covered patio, which in summer can act as a panoramic dining room and the garden (approximately 300 m2).

Location information:
- can be reached from the car park via a non-vehicular pedestrian path (5 minutes) and is 450 meters from the beach. The area is gently hilly, the roads are sloping, the path has a few dozen steps.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €30.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a €30 supplement on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
