House on 2 floors with large garden and terraces overlooking the sea in an exclusive private area, Capo d'Arco. Beach reachable just a few meters on foot, fresh and salt water swimming pools available to guests of the area and many other services. The district extends over more than 100 hectares, set within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, in the municipality of Rio on the Island of Elba. Access is reserved exclusively for members and their guests and is regulated by a private security service. The district is divided into approximately 200 residential units including villas, terraced houses and apartments. Guests will have parking for their cars, use of the house and all the private services of the area. Among the services available to guests at Capo d'Arco: freshwater swimming pools and splendid seawater swimming pools carved into the rock, rocky and sandy beaches, sunbed service, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, self-service, shop food etc. The services of the district are active only in season, i.e. from the end of May to mid-September. The villa is about 150 meters from the freshwater pools, about 400 meters from the saltwater pools and the beach.

Sea View Villa - 8 beds:
The accommodation is independent with a very large private terraced garden, sea view terraces with lounge and outdoor tables. The apartment is internally arranged on 2 levels. On the first level there is a large living room with sea view, a large eat-in kitchen with a long table, entrance and day bathroom. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms (two doubles, and two twins, one with a pull-out bed), and three bathrooms, as well as a small terrace overlooking the sea. The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning following a recent renovation. All necessary appliances are present, dishwasher and washing machine. We recommend the structure to families, for groups of adults larger than 6 people, the layout of the rooms does not guarantee comfort and privacy.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 25 years
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30.00 to be paid to the property on site
- smoking is prohibited inside all our facilities
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- change of bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site.
