Porto Azzurro - Barbarossa

We offer our guests a small house a few hundred meters from Barbarossa beach. Partly free and partly equipped, never too crowded despite being one of the most renowned inlets on the Porto Azzurro side, it offers a crystal clear sea, a beach of mixed sand and fine gravel, and a wonderful panoramic walk that leads to Fort San Giacomo . Immersed in the greenery of the Tuscan Archipelago park, it is the ideal destination for lovers of nature, trekking and relaxation. Porto Azzurro is one of the most touristic and loved towns on the island, with its seaside village full of clubs, events and panoramic views, it satisfies everyone. From the property you can reach the town center and the two small beaches that surround it in 2 km via the provincial road: "la Rossa" and that of "Pianotta"; while through the Travaglio road (illuminated), which runs along the beach, in 10 minutes on foot you can reach the central square.
Not far away you can find: tennis courts, five-a-side football pitch, playground, diving and windsurfing school, all the services you will need. The bus stop is located 100 meters away, although we recommend the area to travelers with independent vehicles.

House sleeps 6/7 - Maximum 6 adults + child aged 12 or under:
Property on two levels of approximately 90 m2 + uncovered areas with independent entrance; on the ground floor we find a living room with sofa and armchair and a comfortable, well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a large triple bedroom overlooking the balcony, and a double bedroom with a single sailor bed with a 4th pull-out bed. Double bathroom, one of which is a service one in the living area (sink and toilet). The property has a private entrance closed by a gate and a covered outdoor area equipped for dining.

Important Notes:
- groups of children under the age of 21 are not permitted
- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small/medium sized pets allowed with a supplement of €30.00 on cleaning, on request
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): 300 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
