We offer our guests a house inside a historic building, built on the rocks of the tip of Portoferraio, where sea, history and magic come together to leave an indelible memory. It won't simply be a holiday, it will be an experience! A few steps from the Linguella Tower and 50 meters from the Grigolo beach, you will be in the part of the center convenient to all services, and you will feel pampered by the terrace overlooking the Gulf and the Darsena, from where you can admire an incredible panorama, with spectacular sunsets and sunrises, reminding you every moment that you are on an island, surrounded by the infinity of the horizon.
It is an exclusive location, where man's ingenuity met nature, building a house overlooking the sea, on a natural inlet protected from the winds, respecting the context and the surrounding environment.

Historic Home with Seaside Terrace – 9/12 beds (Maximum 10 adults +  2 children under 12 years old)
Bright and spacious holiday home, free on three sides and entirely arranged on one level.
The property offers approximately 180 sqm of interior space and a beautiful 100 sqm terrace, perfect for relaxing moments outdoors.
The house features two separate entrances and a large living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. A spacious, bright and welcoming living room is furnished with a French sofa bed, which can also be used as an additional bedroom.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: two quadruple rooms (with a double bed and a single sofa bed that can be opened into a double bed) and one double bedroom with the possibility of adding a small extra bed for a child (photos will be updated to show the additional beds).
The property also features two fully renovated bathrooms: one with a large shower and one with a bathtub.

A large sea-view terrace completes the home, offering a breathtaking panorama. It is equipped for outdoor dining or simply relaxing while enjoying the sound of the sea in the dedicated relaxation area with a small table and a swing seat.

- in the center; on the Grigolo rocks, along the coast; splendid sea view on the Portoferraio dock
- from around mid-June to around mid-September in the evening from 7pm to 8am the road will be restricted traffic

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 25 years of age are not permitted
- the rental must be for a maximum of 6 adults + 2 children
- check-in in our Agency from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- small size animals with a fee of € 30 on the spot
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
