Overlooking the Gulf of Procchio towards Marciana Marina, past the Paolina and Redinoce beaches, the Bagno Sprizze beach is an uncontaminated jewel, mostly frequented by residents and those arriving by sea. The structure that we offer to our guests is an exclusive proposal, which is proposed as one of the best in the catalog due to the uniqueness of its position, close to the sea, along the coast, with large well-kept gardens, an infinity pool overlooking the gulf, and the 360° view of the gulf and its wonders. The residence is located directly on the sea, the pebble and rocky beach make the water fresh and crystal clear. It is set within a private park and all three apartments enjoy an enchanting view, all capable of ensuring the best liveability of the spaces, maximum tranquility, for a holiday dedicated to resting body and mind.

Apartment A (8/10 beds + 2 camp beds for children)
The apartment is on two levels. Ground floor composed of kitchen and large living-dining area, double bedroom with entrance also from the garden, bathroom with shower, large porch overlooking the sea. Upstairs sleeping area consisting of two triple bedrooms and one double bedroom, bathroom, bathroom with shower and large terrace overlooking the sea. In the house there are two camp beds if necessary for children up to 10/12 years old.

Important Notes:
- swimming pool opening is guaranteed from around mid-May to the end of September
- groups of guys under 25 years of age are not allowed (families are welcome)
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets of any size allowed (maximum 2 per apartment, one per apartment if there are groups) with a cleaning supplement of €30.00
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person to be paid in advance (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
