You will be convenient to reach the entire eastern side of the coast which shines, with the inlets that from Rio reach up to Cavo, both that of Capoliveri with its small coves and its sandy beaches, or the suggestive beaches of Porto Azzurro, finding yourself in half between these and Rio Elba and Rio Marina.

Arranged entirely on one floor and free on 4 sides, it consists of a large living room with dining table, fireplace, sofas and armchairs; bright and airy thanks to the two windows and the French window. Separate kitchen with second dining table. The sleeping area consists of a first double bedroom with armchair, a small bathroom outside the rooms with bidet, toilet and sink; a bedroom with two joinable single beds; a second large bathroom with bathtub; the master double bedroom. The property is completely fenced and closed by two gates, preferred by travelers with animals given the possibility of walking freely in the greenery (the fence is designed for wild animals, a dog could jump the fence).

- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets of any size allowed on request, with a cleaning supplement of €30
- deposit (mandatory): 150,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
