On the first floor, large living room with terrace overlooking the sea, equipped open kitchen, outdoor kitchen equipped with wood-burning oven, barbecue, gas grill, dishwasher, washing machine and table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The icing on the cake is a beautiful furnished terrace overlooking the sea, for splendid evenings under the stars.

Important Notes:

- check-in from 5.30pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a supplement of €30 to be paid locally on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 1000.00 euros; refunded within 48 hours of the end of the stay by credit card; if it is paid in cash it can be returned on the day of check-out after 3.00 pm
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Home Rules:
A) the house rules state that all rubbish must be thrown away and disposed of, otherwise we would have to withhold €30 from the security deposit.
B) all kitchens should be left tidy, with clean dishes and empty fridges, otherwise we would have to withhold €50 from the security deposit per kitchen.
C) we ask guests in case of bad weather to remove the cushions from the outdoor garden furniture (otherwise they will be ruined)
D) in case of use of the external BBQ, it must be left clean after each use, otherwise we will have to withhold €50 from the security deposit
