This villa owes its name to its breezy position and is located near the center of Marina di Campo, close to the main road junction connecting the island’s various areas. It is near the inhabited hamlet of “La Pila,” popular with cycling enthusiasts due to its flat terrain. Being on the ground floor with large outdoor spaces, the property is 100% bike-friendly. It is convenient for reaching the northern beaches of Procchio and Paolina, as well as the Costa del Sole on the western side of the island.

Marina di Campo is lively during the summer, offering cultural and musical events. The area features a charming street with shops and bars, a long sandy beach equipped with all comforts, and a seafront promenade perfect for evening walks and enjoying local seafood dinners.

The villa is accessed via a large 40 sqm portico terrace with arches opening onto the garden. The living area includes a spacious lounge with a double sofa bed and fireplace, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, a loft area provides a double bed. There is a main double bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed (the loft of this room is not accessible to guests). Bathroom with shower.

• Check-in at our Campo offices from 16:00 to 19:30; check-out by 09:00. Late check-in after 20:00: €50 supplement

• Pets allowed with €30 cleaning fee

• Security deposit (mandatory): €200; refunded at the end of the stay after property inspection (if paid in cash, not refundable before 15:00)

• Bed and bath linen: €20 per person (to be requested when booking; not available on-site)
