The locality Nisportino, inserted in the Tuscan Archipelago Park, is located along the north-eastern coast of the Island of Elba, facing west, about 5 km away from Rio nell'Elba and 7 km from Rio Marina.
On the sand and gravel beach, which is completely free, you can rent canoes to visit other nearby beaches, reachable only by sea, as well as umbrellas, deckchairs, etc. The location is served by a bar/restaurant and there is also free parking near the beach.

Two-room apartment sleeps 2/4 - 28 m2 + 2 verandas with sea view
The apartment has two furnished verandas, both habitable and with sea views. It has exclusive access from a gate where you will find the first veranda; it is composed of a living room with kitchenette, dining table and two-seater sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bidet.
The living room leads to the other covered veranda furnished with table, dining chairs, armchairs, TV, from which it is possible to enjoy the view and tranquility of the Mediterranean scrub, the sea and its enchanting sunsets.

Important Notes:
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- groups or couples of young people under 21 years of age are not permitted
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200 euros;  it will be refunded a few days after the stay. Payment in cash is recommended if leaving after 3:00 PM (time needed for cleaning), or by bank transfer
- Bed and bath linen: Double set €40 (also for single use). Must be requested before arrival
