We offer our guests Casa Marrida, consisting of two properties, in a fantastic location equidistant from Sant'Andrea and Cotoncello. The strong point of the house is its large equipped terrace overlooking the gulf, in a cool but sunny position, impossible not to be enthusiastic about. Needless to say that the sea on the island is clear and transparent, but in Sant'Andrea, it seems to merge with the sky, giving the impression of swimming in the air. For nature lovers this area is a paradise: you will be immersed in the spontaneous Mediterranean scrub, local vegetation in bloom especially in spring, such as holm oaks and bougainvillea, paths and trekking routes, and a particular golden sand beach protected on the sides by smooth cliffs from the sea famous as "Cote Piane". Cotoncello, on the other hand, is a small diamond set in the rocks, its sea a flat table with divine transparencies and its smooth granite cliff shines in the hot summer sun creating a heavenly environment.

Small Villa – 6/7 beds (maximum 6 adults + child)
The property is spread over one floor. It offers large outdoor spaces, a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea at the front and an equipped outdoor area on the side with a drying rack. The outdoor spaces provide access to a separate equipped kitchen and a large living room with a double sofa bed and a possible cabinet with bed base and single bed and dining table. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, a double bedroom which overlooks the beautiful terrace and a twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not permitted
- the rental must be for a maximum of 6 adults + child
- check-in in our Agency from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- small size animals with a fee of € 30 on the spot
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
