The property is on the ground floor and is spread over a single floor; it is composed of a living room with dining table, double sofa bed and kitchenette; two large double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. The house is completely fenced and has an external courtyard in front of the house and a large porch equipped for outdoor dining, complete with external kitchenette and external shower. 

During the high season, you’ll always have a reserved parking space within Residence Orizzonti, just 600 meters from the property. And, with a bit of luck, you might be able to park right in front of the apartment thanks to an extra spot offered by a tenant—super convenient for your holiday! Availability can only be confirmed on the day of arrival. During the low season, parking is free and unrestricted.
