A modern townhouse is available to our customers, small but with large outdoor spaces, perfect for those looking for a holiday in complete relaxation and tranquility, the right place for a full immersion in nature en plein air. Located in the center of the characteristic fishing village of Pomonte, 200 meters from the main services (food, bakery, restaurant and clubs) and 300 meters from the central square, at the foot of the imposing Monte Capanne and overlooking the wonderful West Coast of Elba . A quiet location and at the same time quite busy in the summer period, especially due to its proximity to two of the best-known beaches on the island, Fetovaia and Cavoli, but also for the fascinating wreck of the Elviscot, the cargo ship which sank in 1972 and is stranded today on the seabed a few meters from Pomonte beach. A place immersed in dense Mediterranean vegetation which gives it a wild appearance.

Pretty little house free on two sides recently renovated with attention to detail which fits perfectly into a marine context, cheerful, colorful and bright; very well finished with independent courtyard, fenced and equipped with external shower. Private entrance on the ground floor with covered loggia, where there is a table for outdoor dining. The house consists of a kitchenette and living room where there is a single bed structure that opens and becomes Queen Size and a wall-mounted TV. Bathroom with shower and bidet.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not permitted
- check-in in our Agency from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- animals allowed with a fee of € 30 on the spot
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
