The apartment is located in a residential area overlooking one of the main squares of the village, a few hundred meters from the seafront, in a quiet and peaceful location slightly defiladed from the chaos of the historic center.
Marciana Marina is one of the most tourist resorts on the island, it is ideal for those who love the nightlife with a village animated by numerous events and manifestations, but also for families and for those who love relaxing vacations; it offers in fact, services of all kinds for those who do not want to move by car, and the beaches 2 steps from the center, never too crowded, are composed of small sandy beaches of fine sand as far as La Marina is concerned while Feniccia and Feniccetta are more intimate and composed of pebbles smoothed by the sea. The sea in this stretch of coast is calm, clear and envelops a very charming and picturesque seaside village. It is impossible not to be enchanted by it, especially at sunset time, where the color of the sky blends with the pastel colors of the fishermen's cottages on the waterfront, a nourishment for the eyes and the soul.

The apartment is located on the second floor and is on one level, offering an internal square footage of 75 square meters. The living area consists of a sitting area with sofas and a separate kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both doubles with two single beds that can be joined. It is a perfect solution for families or two couples of friends. There is a bathroom with a large shower box (160x75) which will be replaced in 2025, the photos need to be updated. It is very close to the sea and all village services, including the supermarket 50 meters away.
