We are in the Gulf of Mola east side of the 'Island, in a position almost equidistant between Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, a central area surrounded by lush vegetation in the wooded part of the country. You will be close to the marine yard and tourist landing, and in a strategic position to tour the various beaches and coves that this stretch of coastline offers. The property is perfectly suited for families, as in addition to well-maintained plants, it is surrounded by a large garden for adults and children to enjoy in total safety. This stretch of coastline is rich in beaches composed of long, well-equipped sandy shores such as Naregno, Lido di Capoliveri, Morcone; or many coves that retain the charm of intimate and wild Elba such as Barabarca, Zuccale, Felciaio. You will be spoiled for choice! The central location with respect to the two main towns on the slope, Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, also allows you to choose whether to spend the evening in a fishing village overlooking the sea, or stay in a quaint and ancient hillside village where you can breathe the past and admire the horizon of the sea that opens towards the gulf.

The house has this beautiful porch terrace furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining or relaxing on the armchair. It is accessed internally from here and is all on one floor. The property consists of two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a large bathroom with shower. The living area consists of large kitchen with sofa and dining area. Strong point of the cottage is definitely its large outdoor space, courtyard, parking spaces inside the property that is closed by a gate, and an immense garden that surrounds the house.

- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
