Our house will convey you the feelings of the old farm with its characteristic colors, scents and flavors; internally it has many modern amenities and furnishings that create an elegant and cozy atmosphere at the same time.
The property presents itself as a perfect refuge from the hustle and bustle of the most tourist centers, but ensures a convenient location to visit all the most fashionable seaside resorts on the side: Lido di Capoliveri is 1 km away, Norsi and Gli Aquarilli 2 km, the various coves of Capoliveri from Zuccale to Felciaio within 4 km.

Charming cottage - 2/4 beds
Independent two-family villa with two adjacent units with separate entrances. Restored while maintaining the stone and natural stone walls, exposed beams, and wooden floors, it offers a relaxing and well-maintained 50 square meter interior.
The house features a splendid veranda furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxation. A living room with a double sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen, its windows creating a sense of harmony and continuity between the interior and exterior, is complemented by a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bidet.

A large shared garden, outdoor shower, and brick BBQ are shared with the adjacent property.
