Immersed in the peace of the countryside of the first hill of Procchio, the property has been expertly restored and is a structure that combines, in a happy and balanced combination, ancient environments and new comforts. The spacious villa is independent and gated and immersed within a park.

The impression you will have of this cottage will be immediately ecstatic, the entrance is precisely from this large garden-view glass veranda equipped for dining where the outdoors joins by degree the colorful and designer interiors. The kitchen is large and equipped with all necessary appliances: dishwasher, 5 gas burners, microwave and oven. In the hallway the spiral staircase connects the first level to the bright upstairs sleeping area, also on the ground floor on the right the bathroom with shower stall and bidet. Upstairs a second large bathroom with shower stall, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with access to a huge terrace overlooking the garden and pool view (from 10/06 to 30/09), additional single bedroom.

Important Notes:

- check-in at our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 an extra charge of € 50.00 has to be paid
- animals not allowed
- as in all our properties smoking is not allowed inside them
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

The house is surrounded by greenery and garden. So the pool cleaning (which is not daily) may not be perfect. The leaves and the wind deposited soil must be cleaned by the customers.
