The house with the warm orange hues that give it its name, is located in the lively center of Marciana Marina, a town on the north-west coast of the island, which comes alive in the summer with events, restaurants and clubs that are always open, making it one of the most sought after by tourists. In addition to the beautiful sea that washes the town beach and the pebble beaches at the end of the seafront, there is no shortage of wooded areas, perfect for lovers of outdoor sports. It is the seaside village of good food, of joy thanks to the various summer events organized during the summer, a town that maintains the charm of the typical fishing communities.

House on two floors for up to 6 people - (5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years)
Access to the house is from the lower floor, with entrance to the kitchenette with dining table and bathroom with shower. The stairs lead to the upper floor where you will find a bright living room with a double sofa bed and table with chairs, a spacious double bedroom, a second bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed. Finally, a second bathroom with bathtub and washing machine is at your disposal.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 21 years (aimed at groups of Young People)
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros to be paid upon delivery of the keys
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure via a self-service procedure check-in or in our offices located in Portoferraio where you can collect the rented bed and bathroom linen, unless you have given the right notice for delivery to the apartment.
