We offer our guests a single, independent villa located in a residential area in Lacona, in the municipality of Capoliveri, one of the main tourist areas of the island. The fine sandy beach (link to Lacona beach) is one of the largest on the island and alternates between free areas and beach clubs offering services such as sunbed and umbrella rentals, windsurfing, motorboats, and equipment for water sports. Near the beach, there are also many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and shops for every convenience. The road to the beach is a pleasant walk, with dirt paths that significantly shorten the distance.

Villa 2/4 beds (maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children)

The villa is simply furnished in a rustic style and is immersed in the tranquility of the surrounding nature.
It is all on one level, the ground floor, and consists of a double bedroom, a dining area with a gas cooking corner and a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a masonry shower and bidet. The property is surrounded by an unfenced garden with olive trees.

Important Notes:

Groups of young people under 21 years are not allowed

The BBQ must be turned off carefully and left clean after each use; never light it under the porch

Check-in at our offices from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm; check-out by 9:00 am; late check-in after 8:00 pm: €50 surcharge

Small pets allowed on request, €30 cleaning fee (property not fenced)

Smoking is prohibited inside the property

Security deposit (mandatory): €150; refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property (if paid in cash, not returned before 3:00 pm)

Bed linen and towels: €20 per person (to be requested at booking); not bookable on site

Check-in information is sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. For any needs, you can contact our customer service at +39 0565963006. For the selected property, keys are normally collected at our Portoferraio or Mola offices.
