The apartment is newly renovated and is perfect both for a family and for couples of friends looking for privacy and practicality; the large outdoor spaces permit outdoor dining in the courtyard and comfortable lounging in the patio area. The entire unit is developed on the ground floor, offers two parking spaces inside the property and a field of 120 square meters, exclusive use, also ideal to accommodate the cart of a boat. Externally, available to guests, an outdoor sink and shower equipped with hot water and a washing machine.

- security deposit (mandatory): € 300.00; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
