The beach is about 200 meters long and offers both a free stretch and an equipped stretch, it boasts a horse shape that protects it from the winds, pebbles of various colors mixed with sand, clear water and a seabed that slopes gently making it suitable even for the little ones. The villa boasts an idyllic position facing the sea pleasantly breezy, just 150 meters from the beach with private access on foot via a path in the greenery of the scrub. The town offers excellent restaurants, pizzerias, bars and a seasonally open market/grocery store.

It is all on one floor and has on exclusive ownership a front garden planted with tall trees that provide it with natural shade, which is accessed by gate. You enter this large and bright living room with well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two of which are double and one twin with two single beds. Double bathroom with large shower stall and bidet. For outdoor dining a comfortable and large covered terrace with a view of the sea in the background. A private path will take you to the beautiful Bay in 3 minutes walk.

Important Notes:
- groups or couples under 25 years old are not allowed
- for the use of the outdoor BBQ, the same must be left clean at each use, otherwise we should withhold € 50 from the security deposit
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 an additional fee of € 50.00 must be paid
- small/medium/size pets allowed with € 30 supplement on cleaning (maximum 2 pets)
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot
