The property is surrounded by greenery with vineyards and olive trees, in a convenient location allowing easy access to various areas of the island: west, north, and south. You will be close to the Costa Bianca and Verde of Portoferraio (about 5–8 km) with its wonderful coves such as Le Ghiaie, Capo Bianco, Sansone, Viticcio, and Enfola. A few km away are also the renowned golden sand coves of Golfo della Biodola. Far from the crowds, you can enjoy the charm of authentic Elba.

The living area consists of a lounge with double sofa bed and modern, well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The sleeping area has two comfortable bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds. Modern bathroom with crystal shower and bidet. Outdoor terrace equipped for al fresco meals.
