We are in Nisporto, 300 meters from the sea, on the Rio Elba side. Nisporto is one of the quietest beaches on the island, offering a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere compared to the more popular beaches of Elba. The beach is usually made of pebbles, and the surrounding area is known for its lush vegetation and scenic beauty. It’s an excellent place for those looking to escape the crowds and enjoy nature in a tranquil environment. Boat excursions to the beautiful nearby coves are highly recommended, including Zupignano and Secche, up to the unspoiled little beaches of Capo Poro. The beach is equipped with bars and restaurants, as well as a minimarket offering ready-made dishes for quick lunches, sunbed rentals, and a diving center with small boats available.

The apartment is accessed via a flight of stairs leading to a terrace equipped with table and chairs and offering a POOL VIEW. The entrance opens into the kitchen/living room where you will find a double sofa bed. In the hallway, there is a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower cabin, and a bright and spacious double bedroom.

Important Notes:

• The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults + 2 children

• groups of people under 21 years old are not allowed

• check-in from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 10:00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm, a supplement of €50.00 will be charged

• small pets allowed, with an additional cleaning fee of €30

• security deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)

• bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (must be requested at the time of booking; cannot be booked on site)

• Residence’s seasonal pool from 10/06 to 25/09 (open from 08:30 am to 9:00 pm; daily cleaning carried out at night)
