We offer our guests a spacious apartment just a few steps from the characteristic Ghiaie Beach, in a quiet and peaceful location. Nearby, you will find bars, restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy, as well as the port for travelers on foot. The beach is famous for the incomparable beauty of its seabed, its turquoise waters that under the scirocco wind feel like a Caribbean setting, and its smooth white pebbles shaped by the sea. In the background, Scoglietto – now a protected area – enriches the local flora and fauna, making it a paradise for those seeking fresh and clean water and for snorkeling enthusiasts. Nearby, don’t miss three other gems: Padulella, Capo Bianco, and the wild Sottobomba.

The independent house 8 beds
offers a sea view and accommodates up to 8 guests. It is a spacious 230 sqm accommodation, ideal for families, all located on the first floor. The house features a bright living area with sofas, a dining area, and a kitchen with induction hobs. The sleeping area consists of a triple room with a double bed and a single bed, a double room with two single beds that cannot be joined, and a double room with two single beds that can be joined. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The house also has a balcony with a partial sea view and an outdoor area equipped for dining.

The property is literally a few steps from Ghiaie Beach and its shaded playground. Access to the private parking involves a very narrow alley, suitable only for small cars. A large free gravel parking area is available nearby behind the Guardia di Finanza for larger vehicles.

The house is equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, a double balcony (one with sea view), ceiling fan, and private parking on the property.

Important Information:

• Groups of young people under 21 are not allowed

• Small pets allowed with a €30 cleaning fee

• Security deposit: €300, a gesture of mutual trust: it will be refunded a few days after the stay. Payment in cash is recommended if leaving after 3:00 PM (time needed for cleaning), or by bank transfer.

• Bed linen and towels: Double set € 40 (also for single use), single set €20. Must be requested before arrival.

• Check-in: 16:00 – 19:00; after 20:30 a €50 supplement applies

• Check-out: by 09:00
