We offer our guests a comfortable and secluded apartment, in an elevated and quiet position overlooking the Gulf. Padulella, the starfish of Portoferraio, is famous for the unparalleled beauty of its seabed, the turquoise water that with the sirocco wind makes it feel like a Caribbean setting, and its distinctive white pebbles smoothed by the sea. Today it is a biological protection area, enriching the flora and fauna on our side: a paradise for those seeking fresh and clean water and for snorkeling lovers. Nearby, do not forget the presence of three other masterpieces: Capo Bianco, Le Ghiaie and the wild Sottobomba. An idyllic area for hiking lovers, on foot or by bike.

It is all arranged on one floor, the first, consisting of a living room with sofa bed and TV, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with gas burners, oven and large fridge with freezer. Two double bedrooms, both with a splendid view of the Gulf. Single bedroom. Two bathrooms with shower box and bidet. Front sea-view balcony and large shaded outdoor area equipped for dining. On the lower floor there are garages. Since the garages cannot be used by guests or external persons, clients may park a second car in front of them.

• the pellet stove, if used, must be cleaned by the guests

• pets not allowed

• security deposit (mandatory): €300.00 to be paid by credit card; if paid in cash, the refund cannot be made before 3:00 pm on the day of departure; refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property

• bed linen and towels: €20 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); cannot be booked on site

• check-in: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm; for check-ins after 8:30 pm a €50.00 supplement is required

• check-out: by 10:00 am
