We offer a complex of three apartments in an ideal location: in the center of Capoliveri, yet outside the pedestrian zone. A convenient and peaceful spot, just a few steps from the picturesque medieval village with its characteristic alleys, artisan shops, and an authentic atmosphere that enchants every visitor.

The central apartment of the three, it features a bright living area with sea views in the background, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and gas burners, air conditioning, and two single beds plus a small TV. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom includes a shower and bidet. There is no reserved parking, but a large free parking area is available just 100 meters away.

Important Notes:

• Groups of young people under 21 years old are not allowed

• Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; late check-in after 8:00 PM requires a €50 surcharge

• Small pets allowed with a €30 cleaning fee payable on-site

• Security deposit (mandatory): €150; refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property (if paid in cash, refund will not be before 3:00 PM)

• Bed and bath linen: €20 per person (must be requested at the time of booking; cannot be booked on-site)
